These curtains are very much like they are shown in the picture and add the perfect touch to a Redskins fan's room. However, they are very thin. They are a jersey-type material as listed, but they don't even seem as thick as my jerseys. We kept them for my son because they are so perfect for his themed room. However, we have a pull-down shade behind them to keep the light out as they are like nylon hanging in the window and allow all the light in. I definitely recommend them as far as the colour, quality, and team spirit. Just beware they are thin and will not block out any light.
